About Jackrabbitt’s BBQ
At Jackrabbitt’s BBQ, we don’t just smoke meat—we carry on a family tradition steeped in flavor, pride, and passion. Our recipes have been passed down through generations of pit-masters—my grandfather, father, and uncles—all men who believed that great BBQ wasn’t just about food, but about bringing people together. They built their reputations on serving up the best slow-smoked, soul-filled meats around, and now, that legacy lives on through Jackrabbitt’s.
The name Jackrabbitt pays homage to my father—Papa was a rolling stone, and wherever he lit his grill, that was home. He traveled, grilled, and shared his gift far and wide, leaving a trail of full bellies and happy hearts. Inspired by his spirit and skill, I’ve taken up the tongs and firewood to keep the tradition alive.
